Facts: Upholstered furniture along with carpets are a lot more dirty than you realize. Many say that their furniture is clean or looks okay. False and false. What appears to look clean is just an illusion. Upholstery fabric acts as an air filter and absorbs high levels of body oils, dust, dander, food and beverages, pet stains and so on. These do not go away through wishful thinking but build up in your favorite chair or sofa. Eventually they become so dirty (again the dirt doesn’t just disappear by itself) that the furniture begins to off-gas resulting in unwanted odors, negative appearance and yes, a grubby feel. Sorry but this is the truth!

Our Procedure
This is obviously critical to the success of cleaning your upholstery.
1. After the upholstery is examined and fabric is identified, we vacuum or dry brush the pieces. Drop cloths are used to protect floors/rugs. 
2. Next, a safe preconditioner and a green deodorizer is applied to the fabric where it begins to break down the soiled surfaces.
3. We follow with an electric scrubber which helps to more deeply scrub the preconditioner as well as lift the pile.
4. Then we use a low moisture extraction process, which neutralizes and thoroughly cleans the fabric. Because of this process there is no need to worry about over wetting your furniture. Just a few hours later you can enjoy your "new" furniture!
